It constitutes tetrahydrofuran, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, ethene, chloro, homopolymer, PVC, cyclohexanone, silica and amorphous chemical components. It has less than 510 g/L volatile organic compound. Ether like odored solvent cement has vapor density of 2.5 and vapor pressure of 145 mm Hg. This liquid has flash point rating of 14 - 23
